The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) is fast approaching. Some surprising roster reveals include Blacklist International’s main squad making a comeback and ONIC PH completely revamping its roster and signing amateur players and a popular content creator to its lineup. The defending champion RSG PH may face tougher challenges in the upcoming MPL PH Season 10. Teams will also be aiming to secure a slot for the prestigious M4 World Championship slated to be held in January 2023.
Full Rosters of MPL PH Season 10 teams
Blacklist International
The return of the legendary lineup has been officially announced. The main squad of Blacklist International shall aim to reclaim its throne in the upcoming season. The team had a disappointing performance in the previous season since its dynamic duo of Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario and Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna decided to take a brief hiatus. With the return of the full roster, the M3 World Champion is looking to prove to the fans that it is still one of the best teams in the world.
RSG PH
The Season 9 champion is looking to defend its throne in the upcoming season. The team recently released Earvin John “Heath” Esperanza and Joshwell Christian “Iy4knu” Manaog in exchange for two amateur standouts John “1rrad” Tuazon and John “Perkz” Sumawan.
Omega Esports
Arguably, one of the most unpredictable teams in the MPL PH esports scene. The team has proven time and again that it will show its true potential when threatened with elimination in the lower bracket playoffs.
The team has signed a new face to its lineup, Deomark “Mikko” Tabangay who shall play as the team’s tank roamer for the upcoming season.
TNC Pro Team
The team has undergone the least amount of roster changes. It has a new head coach 413 and shall be assisted by coach Jemson "Scholar" Ignacio. The team had a solid performance in Season 9 and is looking to keep its momentum going for the upcoming season.
ONIC PH
The team released its entire iconic squad except for Nowee “Ryota” Macasa during the off-season. After the release of its players, ONIC PH signed the amateur standouts of Monster Anarchy and a popular content creator Edgar "ChooxTv" Dumali.
ECHO
ECHO started strong last time in the regular season with its all-star lineup. However, the team had an upsetting performance in the second half of the tournament and got eliminated in the first phase of the playoffs.
Failing to live up to the hype, the team has made adjustments to its roster, releasing Ashley “Killuash” Cruz, Christian “Rafflesia” Fajura, and head coach Michael “Coach Arcadia” Bocado. The team has acquired former Nexplay EVOS member Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya and Omega Esports’ Johnville “Outplayed” Villar along with Jaypee “Jaypee” Dela Cruz returning as well.
Nexplay EVOS
Similar to ECHO, the team had a solid performance in the early stages of Season 9 but got eliminated in the first phase of the playoffs. The team made several changes to its lineup, acquiring former ONIC PH member Mico “Micophobia” Quitlong. Setsuna “Dogie” Ignacio, Lance “LanceCy” Cunanan, and James “Jeymz” Gloria shall also be returning as pro players on the team.
Bren Esports
The team has been struggling to bring back its championship performance since it won the M2 World Championship. It recently released its veteran players Carlito "Ribo" Ribo Jr., Allan “Lusty” Castromayor Jr., and Mujahid “Lord Malikk” Malik.
Following the release of its players, the team signed two amateur standouts Michael Angelo “KyleTzy” Sayson and Rowgien Stimpson “Owgwen” Unigo.
With the team rosters locked in for the upcoming MPL PH Season 10, it shall be most interesting to see who claims the championship title this season and who shall secure a slot for the upcoming M4 World Championship.
