Killuash and Rafflesia officially leave ECHO's MLBB roster.
The announcement was made through a Facebook post on 27th June.
The two players did not compete in the MPL PH Season 9.

The renowned “Super Team” ECHO released two of its veteran players from its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) roster. The two players Ashley Marco “Killuash” Cruz and Christian “Rafflesia” Fajura were let go from the team according to a Facebook post from the esports organization. The two players were underutilized talents in the previous Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 9 and did not play a single match. With the upcoming season on the horizon, ECHO may be looking to revamp its roster to redeem itself and claim a championship title and a ticket to the M4 World Championship.

Killuash and Rafflesia depart from ECHO’s star-studded roster

In preparation for the MPL PH Season 10, ECHO has made changes to its lineup. Two of its veteran players Killuash and Rafflesia have been released from the team as announced on 27th June. A video has been posted to commemorate the two players’ contributions to the team in the MLBB competitive scene.

“Thank you, Killuash and Rafflesia! ECHO won’t be the same without you. You brighten up every room with your aura and the memories we had with you are definitely for keeps. We wish you luck in your future endeavors!” ECHO captioned.

While the two players did not get the chance to show off their skills in the MPL PH Season 9, Rafflesia was featured in ECHO’s popular comedy skit as Mang Kepweng where he makes predictions about the upcoming matches.

Killuash was part of the iconic ArkAngel lineup that won the MPL PH Season 3 trophy and finished third place in the Mobile Legends Championship Cup (MSC) 2019. He was known for his playstyle of farming heavily and soaking up a ton of resources before blazing into team fights.

Rafflesia served as ECHO’s comic relief with his outgoing and goofy personality. However, he’s also quite a formidable pro player. He was part of Sunsparks who shocked the fans after dominating ONIC PH in the MPL PH Season 4 to earn its ticket to the M1 World Championship. However, the team only finished 5th-6th place at the world series event.

It will be interesting to see which teams the two veteran players join for the upcoming MPL PH Season 10.
