Omega Esports Debunks Rumors With an MPL PH Season 10 Roster Reveal

Through a Facebook post on 12th July, Omega Esports announced its roster for the upcoming season. The roster is composed of the staple members as well as one new rookie.

In the post, the esports organization captioned, “After all the speculations, rumors, and roster theories, the long wait is over for Barangay Omega!”

The post also mentioned that “It’s been a year since they arrived in Smart Omega MLBB and still remains as our representatives once more in the biggest stage in MLBB PH!”

The team is composed of the following members;

  • Mid Laner/ Team Captain - Patrick James "E2MAX" Caidic

  • Mid Laner - Kiel VJ "Kielvj" Cruzem

  • Gold Lane - Grant Duanne "Kelra" Pillas

  • Roamer - Joshua "Ch4knu" Mangilog

  • Roamer - Deomark "Mikko" Tabangay

  • Roamer/EXP Laner - Billy Jazha "Z4pnu" Alfonso

  • EXP Laner - Renz Errol "Renzio" Cadua

  • Jungler - Dean Christian "Raizen" Sumagui

The new addition of the team, Mikko, was the first to be enlisted for the esports organization’s Omega Academy program. He also served as the head coach of Omega Empress, an all female Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team.

E2MAX, who was rumored to be retiring from his career as a pro player, still remains as the team’s captain. Meanwhile, Kelra who allegedly received a lot of offers from foreign MLBB esports organizations proved his loyalty to the team by staying for the upcoming tournament.

Omega Esports remains as one of the most unpredictable PH teams in the MLBB esports scene. The team is widely known for falling off early in the tournament only to show its dominance at the later stages. This team’s journey in the upcoming MPL PH Season 10 shall be an interesting story to follow.
