RSG PH released two of its pro players - Heath and Iy4knu.
Heath Previously joined RSG PH in claiming the MSC 2022 championship title.
Iy4knu was inactive during the MPL PH Season 9 and missed out on the team's big achievements.

Two of RSG Philippines’ (PH) pro players Earvin John “Heath” Esperanza and Joshwell Christian “Iy4knu” Manaog are now considered as free agents after the organization announced both the players as “Open for Transfer”. The two players were quite underutilized by the team during the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) PH Season 9 which may be one of the reasons for their release. Heath joined RSG PH as a substitute player in the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2022 while Iy4knu has been inactive since Jan of this year. The two players commented on their farewell messages and thanked the esports organization for the opportunity to compete under its team.

Heath and Iy4knu officially leave RSG PH

Through a Facebook post on 12th July, RSG PH announced the departure of two of its pro players from its MLBB roster with the caption “Pain. Pighati (Sorrow). Saklap (Bitter). Kirot (Ache).”

The esports organization added that ,“We will never forget the fundamentals of the game that they imparted to us and will cherish the moments we've spent with them.”

According to the post, the two pro players are “Open for Transfer” meaning RSG PH may be helping them find a new team to join.

Heath was a long-time member of the Omega Esports squad that was released when the esports organization acquired the Execration roster. The pro player was also featured in RSG PH’s MSC 2022 squad which won the championship title.

Iy4knu originally had the title of the “Kingslayer” before fans eventually started using this title for RSG PH. The pro player joined the team during Season 8 but decided to go on a brief hiatus in Season 9, missing out on a lot of RSG PH’s achievements for the year of 2022.

It shall be most interesting to see which teams acquire the two players to maximize their potential in future MLBB tournaments.
