SardarJi States There Are High Chances of BGMI Returning In Mid January

In a recent livestream, Indian analyst, caster, and YouTuber Harshdeep “SardarJi” Singh was reacting to videos while also chatting with his audience. During this session, a few of his viewers started spamming, asking him if there was any update on Battlegrounds Mobile India’s (BGMI) return. Responding to this, SardarJi stated that there is a high chance that BGMI would return in mid January. However, he also clarified that his assumptions are based on the rumors that have spread in the community.

SardarJi’s thoughts on BGMI’s return

BGMI was removed from the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store in July 2022. Since the removal, the game’s return has been uncertain for the better part of the last four months. As a result, many creators were concerned about the game and started to lose hope. In a surprising turn of events, fans have been getting some positive leaks about the game lately. A lot of influential personalities, including Yash Bhanushali, Saumya “Saumraj” Raj, and Harpreet “RonaK” Janjuha, have claimed that the game would return in early January.

Referring to these rumors, SardarJi stated that based on all the rumors he had heard so far, BGMI might return in mid January. “To all the viewers who are here to get an update on BGMI’s return, I won’t waste your time,” he said. “To be very frank, it is rumored that BGMI will return in mid January. I am not saying that it will be released, nor someone else is saying it. I am clarifying that these are all just rumors,” he added.

In October, popular BGMI caster Piyush “Spero” Bathla claimed that the government had restricted Krafton from revealing any details about the game, and all the leaks so far are not true. SardarJi echoed similar sentiments and claimed that no one knows for sure when BGMI would return. “To be very frank, no one knows the plan for BGMI’s return. If someone tells you they know about BGMI’s release date; just remember that no one knows it,” said SardarJi. Following this, SardarJi said, “There are a few rumors that people are talking about, and there are high chances that the game will return in mid January. Very high chances that it would return in January.”

Apart from all the positive news, Krafton has also made a few changes in BGMI and the support section of its website. Furthermore, Krafton’s latest press release stated that it is working on continuing BGMI services in India.
