Professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player Harpreet “RonaK” Janjuha was recently spotted playing the game on his YouTube channel. During the livestream, many of his viewers asked him multiple questions about BGMI’s return. Responding to them, the pro player revealed that his sources had informed him that BGMI is expected to return soon. Following this, he asked his audience to have patience and even claimed that Krafton would host a tournament after the game’s launch to commemorate its return.

RonaK claims BGMI will return soon with a LAN event

One of RonaK’s viewers asked him whether fans should expect a LAN event anytime soon after BGMI returns. Responding to this, RonaK said, “It is confirmed that the game is coming, according to my sources. Have patience; you will get what you want.”

After the ban of PUBG Mobile in September 2020, BGMI was launched on 2nd July 2021. To commemorate the launch of its new title, Krafton organized an event featuring all the top Indian BGMI teams and their players, The Launch Party – BGMI. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and the safety of all the players, Krafton had to conduct the event online.

Talking about the BGMI Launch Party, RonaK added, “I have come to know that the game is going to come soon, for sure. Like last year we got the BGMI Launch Party, but it was an online event; this time, when the game comes back, there will be a LAN event. The LAN event will be exciting. It will be fun. It will be the first event after the game’s return.”.

BGMI was removed from the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store in July 2022. Since the removal, the game’s return has been uncertain for the better part of the last three months. As a result, many creators were concerned about the game and started to lose hope. In a surprising turn of events, fans have been getting a lot of positive news about BGMI’s comeback lately. Furthermore, a lot of influential personalities, including Saumya “Saumraj” Raj, Nishant “iFlicks” Murlidharan, and Yash Bhanushali, have also claimed that the game would return in early 2023.
