IEM Rio Major 2022: All Qualified CS:GO Teams
These CS:GO teams will be competing in Brazil.
The qualifiers for IEM Rio Major 2022 are currently taking place for three different regions - Europe, America, and APAC (Asia Pacific). All of them are scheduled to take place between 4th to 9th October on LAN across Malta, Stockholm, and Melbourne.
A total of 52 CS:GO teams are competing for just 24 slots across the four RMR (Regional Major Rankings) tournaments - Europe A (eight slots), Europe B (eight slots), Americas (six slots), and APAC (two slots).
Here are all the teams that have managed to secure themselves a slot for the second CS:GO Major of the year taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 31st October to 13th November across Riocentro and Jeunesse Arena.

All CS:GO teams that have qualified for the IEM Rio Major 2022
Three RMR tournaments will be following a swiss system format - Europe RMR A, Europe RMR B, and American RMR. Here, all qualification and elimination matches will feature a best-of-three series while all other matches will witness a single map face off.
The APAC RMR will be the only qualifier to witness a basic double elimination bracket, taking place as part of the PAX Australia 2022, which is an annual esports and gaming festival.

IEM Rio Major is all set to feature the second largest prize pool in the history of CS:GO Majors - $1,250,000 USD (INR 10,27,42,250) . It will also be the second global tournament where both Group Stage and Playoffs will take place in front of a live audience at the Riocentro and Jeunesse Arena, respectively.
In addition to this ESL will also be conducting a fan fest right outside the stadium which will be hosted by the popular Brazilian CS:GO streamer, Alexandre “Gaules” Borba.
