Day 2 of the Upthrust Esports India Rising Series 2024 Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Week 2 qualifiers has concluded with seasoned teams dominating the event. Experienced teams like iQOO Soul and Gods Reign dominated the second day of the event.
Rudra “Spower” and Mohammad “Manya” Raja from iQOO Soul dominated the finish leaderboards with 19 and 16 finishes respectively.
The Upthrust Esports India Rising Series 2024 Weeks 1 and 2 will see 24 teams competing for a spot in the Grand Finals.
Upthrust Esports BGMI India Rising Series 2024 Week 2 Day 2 Match Summary
Match 1 Erangel: WindGod Esports secured a 20 point chicken dinner. Shaurya "Savitar" Gupta from WindGod Esports was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 5 finishes. iQOO Soul placed second and secured 12 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Medal Esports placed third and got 11 points. Godlike Esports and Team XSpark placed fourth and fifth and got 10 points each. Team Zero and Team Forever were eliminated without any points.
Match 2 Miramar: Gujarat Tigers secured a 19 point chicken dinner. Global Esports placed second and got 13 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Slug from Global was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Medal Esports and WSB Gaming placed third and fourth and got 12 and 8 points respectively. WindGod Esports placed fifth and got 8 points. Team 8Bit was eliminated early with a single point.
Match 3 Erangel: R Esports grabbed a 28 point chicken dinner. Kanary from R Esports was the MVP of the match with 7 solo finishes. Team Psyche placed second and got 10 points, 6 of which came via finishes. Marcos Gaming placed third, showed aggressive gameplay and got 9 points. Match 6 Miramar: Gods Reign grabbed back to back chicken dinners with 19 points. Parth "DeltaPG" Garg from Gods Reign was the MVP of the match with 4 finishes. Marcos Gaming placed second and got 10 points. Team Tamilas and Gujarat Tigers placed third and fourth and got 9 points each. Orangutan placed fifth and got 8 points. Uprising Rivals was eliminated early with zero points.

Day 2 of the event was dominated by seasoned teams like iQOO Soul, Gods Reign and Team XSpark along with upcoming teams like WindGod Esports.
