PMWI 2022: Team SouL to represent India at the global tournament

The champion of the recently concluded BMPS Season 1, Team SouL, will be representing India at one of the biggest international PUBG Mobile tournaments of the 2022 competitive season, PMWI 2022. This is a huge feat for the Indian esports organization, which has turned things around completely for itself ahead of the current season.

Stepping in with a completely new lineup, SouL quickly established itself as one of the most aggressive teams in the country and backed this up with consistent performances which included multiple podium finishes and victories.

  • Pro Warrior Cup Season 1 - 1st

  • Skyesports Grand Slam 2022 - 2nd

  • OR Championship Legends Rise 2022 - 2nd

  • BGMI Open Challenge 2022: The Grind - 2nd

PMWI 2022 - Invited Teams

During the BMPS Season 1, Team SouL had secured a total of 335 points, which included 166 placement points and 169 finishes, 42% of those being achieved by Harsh "Goblin" Paudwal.

This victory has resulted in SouL securing the single slot reserved for an Indian BGMI team at the upcoming PMWI 2022, which will be taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the Riyadh Boulevard.

Last time, GodLike Esports had represented India at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2021: Grand Finals earlier this year, where it had managed to secure a 13th place finish walking away with $57,000 USD in prize money.

It will be interesting to see how the current strongest BGMI team from India, Team SouL, performs against some of the best PUBG Mobile teams from around the globe.
