Scout Talks about hackers in BGMI and how they are taking away opportunities from legit players and teams.
He also talks about how players use unfair means to reach the top level and qualify in official tournaments.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is one of the most popular battle royale mobile games in India. It has provided success to a lot of esports athletes as well as content creators.

Hackers are not an unknown entity in BGMI. In the past many players, esports athletes and content creators have been caught hacking and using unethical means to gain an unfair advantage. Krafton has taken severe steps and banned such players from playing BGMI.

In a recent live stream, Tanmay “Scout” Singh revealed that he encountered several hackers while playing BGMI. He also shared his opinion on the teams that are playing Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGIS) 2023 qualifiers and how they are getting eliminated due to cheaters.

Hackers are a big issue in BGMI and have also been an issue in tournaments. Many talented teams and players have suffered in official tournaments and have not gotten the opportunity to advance as they were eliminated by cheaters.

Scout, in a recent live stream, spoke about the hackers he faced while playing BGMI and that there will be many using it in the BGIS 2023 qualifiers. He said that, “When I was playing BGMI I encountered so many hackers in my lobby. It felt like there were not hackers between players but players between hackers. The players were using hacks and were running at super speed, flying etc. There were almost seven to eight hackers and one player between them in every match. It feels like hackers are not playing between us but we are playing between hackers”

He also talks about a patch that will be dispatched to ban hackers and said, “There will be a patch released and all the hackers who have found a loophole to dodge Krafton’s anti-cheat system will hopefully be banned”.

Talking about hackers in BGIS 2023 he said, “We were able to play our BGIS 2023 qualifying matches before the new mode arrived and we did not face any hackers. But as the new mode has arrived there are many hackers that teams are facing in the qualifiers stage.

There will be a number of players who will show an amazing performance throughout BGIS 2023 but as soon as a LAN event comes they will not be able to perform. There will be a reason given and it will be said that it was their first time at a LAN tournament that is why they were not able to perform.

They will perform throughout but fail in the finals. This happens because they will use unethical means to gain an unfair advantage over other teams and qualify for the tournament, but will fail to perform without those in later stages. Players use unethical means to reach the top level and once they get there they stop using it”.

There have been many people in the past who were vocal about such hackers. Recently in BGIS 2023 The Grind a team was disqualified as they were caught doing unethical practices. Fans are hoping for no hackers to be present in the further stages of BGIS 2023 as many teams have already faced elimination and will have to go through online qualifiers to qualify for the main event.
