The ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 and Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 The Grind have been the most competitive tournament for experienced teams. BGIS 2023 The Grind is being dominated by underdog teams.
Team X Spark is playing the ongoing BGMS Season 2 and was eliminated from BGIS 2023 The Grind. The team had a decent performance in League Week 1 and Super Weekend 1 of BGMS Season 2. After a sub par performance in League Week 2 it was not able to qualify for Super Weekend 2.
Tanmay “Scout” Singh owner and athlete for Team X Spark, in a recent live stream, gave an update about his availability for BGMS Season 2 and also responded to fans whether they can see him play in the further stages of BGIS.
Scout reveals when he will play BGIS and BGMS
Team X Spark had a decent run in the initial stages of BGMS Season 2. The team did not show the same consistency in League Week 2 which led to its elimination from Super Weekend 2.
Scout recently announced that he will be playing with Team X Spark in BGMS Season 2 and was seen playing in the beginning of League Week 2. As the week progressed Scout was no longer seen playing with them.
Scout responded to fans on his livestream and revealed when he will play with Team X Spark in BGMS Season 2. He said, “I played the first two days of League Week 2 and was going to play on Day 3 as well, but I received my schedule and I had a lot of shoots pre planned.
Fans who are saying that I am prioritizing shoots and not paying attention to esports, my team is not playing me in the playing four. I have given my team all the freedom it needs and if the team wants a certain playing four then they can have that. If I say something that is not going to change things. I have made this team because the players have that talent in them. The mistakes that are being made are known to us and we are working on it. We as a team are to be blamed for not performing.
I will play in the future as and when required. We showed an above average performance in League Week 1, but League Week 2 was not upto the mark for us. Luckily our performance in Super Weekend 1 was good and we secured a lot of points which will help us to play in the playoffs. We are aiming for a top 5 finish in the playoffs which will help us compete in the Grand Finals”.
Talking about BGIS 2023 Scout said, “We are not out of BGIS 2023 and are going to play the in-game qualifiers. We were invited to play BGIS 2023 The Grind and qualify for further stages but we failed to do so. We now have to start from scratch and qualify from in-game qualifiers and finish top 16 to move into further stages”.
Scout missed playing the Launch Week, League Week 1 and Super Weekend 1 of BGMS Season 2 due to health issues. Fans are awaiting Scout’s arrival in BGMS Season 2 as he is regarded as one of the most mechanically skilled players in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI).
