Ashen Knight Pantheon: Price, Release Date, How to Get & More

At the start of Season 12, Riot Games acknowledged the fact that the Hextech skins were not living up to their branding and name. Instead, the company stated that it would introduce new mythic content, event passes, and loot milestones. Product lead for personalization and events Jonathan “Bellissimoh” Belliss revealed that Riot was completely revamping the mythic content and that Mythic Essence would replace gemstones and prestige points. The players were introduced to a concept called “seasonal mythics,” a new skin line with new themes each year. Seasonal Mythic skins have replaced Hextech skins in League of Legends.

During the League of Legends Season 2022 Opening Day livestream, Riot Games announced that it has chosen to go with “Ashen Knights” as the seasonal mythics theme for 2022.

Now following Ashen Knight Pyke, Riot Games revealed that the next one is Ashen Knight Pantheon, sporting the same harrowing theme.

Ashen Knight Theme

Just like Pyke’s skin, Ashen Knight Pantheon's skin is also heavily focused on the colors: silver, purple and gray. According to Riot Games, Ashen Knights are ancient warriors who once fought to rid the world of magic but instead witnessed their kingdom fall to ash, darkness, and ruin. The new Pantheon skin is an embodiment of this theme since players can see that he sports a silver and dark spear that he pierces through the enemies. His Ultimate seems to be the pinnacle of the skin since he lifts off into the air with ethereal wings and lands down and leaves tread marks on the ground.

Ashen Knight Pantheon: Price

The new seasonal mythic skin of Ashen Knight Pantheon is expected to cost 100 Mythic Essence once it is up for grabs in the Loot tab. It is a predicted cost based on what Ashen Knight Pyke had cost upon its release.

When is Ashen Knight Pantheon releasing?

Ashen Knight Pantheon is already on the League of Legends Public Beta Environment (PBE) for testing and Riot Games has opened up a bug report and feedback thread on the League PBE subreddit as well. So, with the skin in testing before LoL Patch 12.12, players can possibly expect it to drop in 12.12, which is scheduled to be released on the live servers on 23rd June.

How to acquire Ashen Knight Pantheon?

Players should be able to get their hands on the Mythic Pantheon skin from the Mythic Essence shop in the game client. It is highly likely that this skin will only be available through the Mythic Essence shop and not purchasable with RP.
