According to the CYBERSLOVO Telegram channel, BetBoom Team's offlaner Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko will join Nigma in the offlane position.
BetBoom Team and Nigma Galaxy are reportedly negotiating the transfer currently.
Nigma needs a new position three and four player, both of whom are expected to be formally announced before the new year of 2024.

In the wake of The International 12 (TI12), most teams engaged in a series of intense roster changes to finalize squads for the 2024 competitive season, but Nigma Galaxy arrived late and became the talk of the Dota 2 community recently. There is a rumor now circulating that could make the Nigma roster move even more interesting. According to the CYBERSLOVO Telegram channel, BetBoom Team's offlaner Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko will join Nigma in the offlane position. The two organizations are currently negotiating the transfer. As it turns out, Pure was only moved to the inactive roster a couple of days ago to take a break to focus on his health.

“19-year-old Russian Pure may move from BetBoom Team to Nigma Galaxy's Dota 2 squad - according to our information, the clubs are now actively negotiating the transfer,” CYBERSLOVO wrote on Telegram.

A recent update from BetBoom noted that Pure had been moved to the inactive roster as part of a "little break" and that new information would be provided before the next tournament. Meanwhile, Nigma revealed on Twitter that the last two players for positions three and four will be disclosed before the new year.

As part of Nigma’s roster move, Miracle- returned to the active roster after sitting out the whole 2023 competitive season, while SumaiL also returned following his time with the organization last year. Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov, Maroun "GH" Merhej (moved to inactive), Yuma "Yuma" Langlet, and Kasra "Mikey" Mesbah all left the organization as part of a significant roster change.

If the rumor turns out to be true, the team's roster would include the following players.

  1. Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi

  2. Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan

  3. Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko

  4. TBD

  5. Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi

Should Pure join, the roster would bring together three players who have previously served as safelaners in their Dota 2 careers - a relatively uncommon scenario in the competitive scene. Similar to many Eastern European players, Pure shifted to the offlane position earlier this year, contributing to BetBoom’s success in the last season.

During this period, he did portray a tendency to avoid farm greed, a characteristic often associated with carry players. However, a number of his games came on heroes like Doom, Legion Commander, and Axe, all of which demand a certain degree of farm to become potent.

As a result, Nigma's roster, which is making a significant comeback with these roster changes after a difficult few years, will be one of the more interesting ones to watch out for. The formal announcement of the new roster will be made this week.
