Indian esports organization Marcos Gaming recently announced its roster for the upcoming Skyesports Masters Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) tournament. It was declared as a franchised team on 20th June, and fans have been eagerly awaiting the team’s roster announcement ever since.
Notably, the organization was the sixth franchised team to be announced for this premier CS: GO tournament. It will be joining the likes of Revenant Esports, Gods Reign, 7Sea Esports, Medal Esports, and Reckoning Esports as part of the Skyesports Masters.

Marcos Gaming Introduces New CSGO Roster for Skyesports Masters
On 29th June, Marcos Gaming unveiled its CSGO Roster and wrote, “Revealing [our] first roster under MARCOS GAMING 2.0. Welcome our CSGO boys and we hope this new addition will take Marcos to the next level. Congratulations and welcome to Marcos' family. “

The lineup includes ZEROCOOL, who was formerly associated with LevelZero in 2020, as well as DEFAULTER and Mcg!LLzZz, who proudly represented India in the 2021 IESF World Championship under the banner of Wicked Gaming and finished third in Group B. Marcos Gaming is yet to add two players from cafe qualifiers.
Sudhir Kumar, Founder of Marcos Gaming, expressed excitement about joining India's first franchised esports league for CS:GO. He mentioned that Marcos believes in the vision of Shiva Nandy (founder and CEO of Skyesports) and Skyesports, which motivated its entry. Kumar highlighted the significance of the franchise model in providing structure to the industry and facilitating brand deals. Marcos Gaming said it is committed to the long-term development of Counter-Strike in India and aims to represent the country internationally.
Marcos Gaming went through a significant transformation as it introduced a new logo and a new jersey for the upcoming season.
The Skyesports Masters CS:GO tournament, set to begin in July, will feature eight of the best organizations in Indian esports. The League Stage will kick off on 8th July, with the top four teams advancing to the Playoffs stage scheduled for 26th and 27th August. Notably, the Playoffs will be a LAN event, setting a new benchmark for the Indian esports industry, said Skyesports. The tournament organizer announced a massive prize pool of INR 2,00,00,000 for the event.
With this announcement, Marcos Gaming now has rosters in New State, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, and Pokemon Unite. Marcos Gaming recently disbanded its Battlegrounds Mobile India Lineup.
