MIBR might have lost their opening match of ESL Pro League Season 11: North America to Team Liquid, but it certainly hasn’t broken the spirit of their players as Fernando “fer” Alvarenga was quick to engage in a bit of light-hearted banter with a few members of Team Liquid, right after they lost to Swole Patrol earlier today.

Stewie2K had made a Tweet yesterday after their victory against MIBR, talking about his feelings for the way MIBR had been playing as of late while motivating them for the future. But the Tweet backfired for the 22-year-old as fer replied to it today, mocking Team Liquid by saying “Same to you guys, bro  ."

But the Brazilian did not intend to throw any shade at Team Liquid as he quickly cleared everything by confessing that he was just messing around.

He even had a bit of banter along with Keith “NAF” Markovic, where the two of them engaged in a bit of a mathematical showdown, letting the numbers provide justice to the situation.

While fer might be having fun with the players, he does need to get a bit serious when it comes to playing in the big league. MIBR who is now playing in two leagues at the same time needs to focus even harder to achieve better results. Let’s see what the future holds for them.

Team Liquid Lose to Swole Patrol '2-0'

As for Team Liquid, it was a big shock to see them lose to Swole Patrol, that too in such a manner. The European part of the first group-stage had a lot of upsets during the initial days, maybe Team Liquid will hunker down and start taking things a bit seriously before they lose their grip on the whole situation.
