Upthrust Esports BGMI India Rising 2024 Finals Day 2: Overall Standings, Match Summary

Day 2 of Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) India Rising Series 2024 Finals qualifiers concluded with seasoned teams dominating the event. Experienced teams like iQOO Soul, Orangutan and Godlike Esports dominated on Day 2 of the event.

Ankit “Akop” Shukla from Orangutan and Manpreet “Rony” Singh from iQOO Soul dominated the finish leaderboards with 30 and 20 finishes respectively.

The Upthrust Esports India Rising Series 2024 Finals will see 16 teams competing for a prize pool of INR 5 Lakhs.

Match 1 Erangel: Hydra Esports secured a 19 point chicken dinner. Orangutan placed second and got 15 points. Enigma Gaming placed third and got 12 points, 8 of which came via finishes. Saumya from Enigma Gaming was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 5 finishes. Gods Reign and Team XSpark placed fourth and fifth and got 7 points each. Marcos Gaming was eliminated early with 1 point.

Match 2 Miramar: Gujarat Tigers secured a 20 point chicken dinner. iQOO Soul and Orangutan placed second and third and scored 11 points each. Vivek “Clutchgod” Horo from Gujarat Tigers was the MVP of the match with 4 finishes. Gods Reign placed fourth and got 7 points, 5 of which came via finishes. R Esports placed fifth and got 6 points. WindGod Esports was eliminated early with zero points.

Match 3 Erangel: Team Tamilas secured an 18 point chicken dinner. Hydra Esports placed second and scored 13 points. DuoraOP from Hydra Esports was the MVP of the match with 4 solo finishes. Orangutan placed third and got 11 points. Gods Reign placed fourth, showed good rotations and scored 10 points. Team XSpark placed fifth and got 6 points, all coming via finishes. Godlike Esports was eliminated in the initial stages with 2 points.

Match 4 Sanhok: WSB Gaming secured a 20 point chicken dinner. Armaan from WSB Gaming was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Marcos Gaming and Team 8Bit placed second and third and got 11 points each. Godlike Esports placed fourth and scored 7 points. iQOO Soul placed fifth and got 6 points. Team Tamilas and Enigma Gaming were eliminated early with 1 point each.

Match 5 Miramar: Team Tamilas grabbed a 20 point chicken dinner. Marcos Gaming placed second and got 13 points, 7 of which came via finishes. MrIGL from Team Tamilas was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Orangutan and Team Forever placed third and fourth and got 10 points each. iQOO Soul placed fifth and got 7 points. Team XSpark and WSB Gaming were eliminated early with 1 point each.

Match 6 Erangel: Hydra Esports grabbed a 15 point chicken dinner. Team 8Bit secured the most points from the match, 16, of which 10 points came via finishes. Mac from Team 8Bit was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Uprising Rivals placed third and got 11 points, 8 of which came via finishes. Team XSpark and Godlike Esports placed fourth and fifth with 9 and 8 points respectively. Gods Reign, Gujarat Tigers and WindGod Esports were eliminated early with zero points.

Day 2 of the event was dominated by seasoned teams like iQOO Soul, Orangutan and Godlike Esports along with upcoming teams like Hydra Esports and Marcos Gaming. Some of the experienced teams like Team XSpark and Gujarat Tigers were unable to show consistent performances and were placed in the second half of the points table.
