Sid reveals details of Omega and Goblin’s participation in BGMS Season 2
Team Soul is playing the ongoing BGMS Season 2 and BGIS 2023 The Grind simultaneously. The team’s performance in both the events has been outstanding. Sahil “Omega” Jakhar and Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal are two of the most important players in the lineup. Omega is the In Game Leader (IGL) and Goblin is the entry fragger for the team.
Recently Sid informed the fans through Twitter about Team Soul’s Omega and Goblin. He said. “2 of our players i.e. Omega and Goblin have fallen sick. We will take them to the doctor now and get some meds. If none of them feel better before the games, we might have to play 3 men as we have to ensure they are both fine before tomorrow, since we have BGIS matches”.
If Omega and Goblin are unavailable for BGMS Season 2 League Week 2 Day 3, Team Soul will have to go forward with a three man lineup consisting of Sohail “Hector” Shaikh, Akshat “Akshat” Goel, and Naman “Neyo”. Playing with only three players in such a competitive lobby will be difficult and could hamper their qualification chances in BGMS Season 2 Super Weekend 2.
Team Soul has not yet qualified for BGMS Season 2 Super Weekend 2. The team still has 4 matches left to qualify and is currently placed 16th. On the other hand, Round 3 of BGIS The Grind starts from 17th August. 32 Teams from Round 3 of BGIS The Grind will directly qualify for the BGIS 2023 main event.
Fans are worried for their favorite team and its players as Team Soul’s qualification in the BGMS Season 2 Super Weekend 2 will give it an advantage and an opportunity to directly qualify for the BGMS Season 2 Grand Finals.
