During a recent livestream session, Amit addressed a question regarding the rumor about AkshaT leaving Team SouL.
Amit answered the query by saying that when the situation arises, only at that point in time would they be able to take their next steps.
Last month, Hector had said that unless the organization makes an official announcement, there is no reason to assume any such thing.

A month after Sohail “Hector” Shaikh addressed rumors about Akshat "AkshaT" Goel allegedly leaving the organization, Amit "Amit" Dubey - Coach of Team SouL, answered a hypothetical question asked by one of his viewers during a recent livestream.

The fan wanted to know who would potentially replace AkshaT in case he ended up leaving the organization. Without giving a concrete answer, Amit established that if such a situation arose then anything could happen.

It would be a huge blow for Team SouL to lose a member from its current lineup, having stuck together since the first quarter of 2022 and witnessing a lot of success come their way.

Amit answers who would replace AkshaT in case he does not continue with Team SouL

A lot of speculations and rumors have been lingering around in the regional mobile esports community regarding suspected instability between AkshaT and Team SouL.

During a recent livestream, Amit entertained a question related to this subject saying that in case AkshaT does not continue competing with the team anything could happen.

"Whenever this 'if' comes only then would we be able to consider our next steps," says Amit, further explaining the process by adding, "No player just sits around waiting like this, thinking that if AkshaT does not play I will get his position, this is not how it happens. At that point in time whoever is available would get scouted, this is how things work."

Note: The related segment starts from 02:40 onwards.

We would like to clarify that everything related to AkshaT is nothing more than a rumor at this point in time. Even Hector has stated that unless the organization, Team SouL, makes an official announcement there is no reason to assume any such thing.

The core of Akshat "AkshaT" Goel, Sahil "Omega" Jakhar, Harsh "Goblin" Paudwal, and Sohail "Hector" Shaikh have stuck together for more than a year now, even through the continued absence of BGMI. Only time will tell how they move ahead as a team and individuals, with the game's potential return date up in the air.
