RRQ Hoshi finished an exhausting match against the Occupy Thrones and scored a victory in the M4 World Championship group stage. The Indonesian squad of RRQ Hoshi drafted a burst-type lineup while the Middle Eastern squad of Occupy Thrones chose to go for durable picks. While Occupy Thrones dominated the early game, RRQ Hoshi was able to turn the tide in its favor to dominate the late game. With the Indonesian squad scoring its first win in the M4 World Championship group stage, it is looking to keep its momentum going as it will face RSG Singapore (SG) in its next match.

RRQ Hoshi scored a late-game comeback against Occupy Thrones

Occupy Thrones opted for another durable lineup with Gloo, Franco, and Akai along with Leslie and Cecilion for damage. RRQ Hoshi went for a hyper-aggressive lineup with Kadita, Karrie, Terizla, Xavier, and Benedetta.

RRQ Hoshi was able to take the lead in the early game but Abdulaziz "Hulk" Sulaimani was able to steal the first Turtle with his Gloo at the 2-minute mark. This gave the Middle Eastern team enough resources to take control of the early game and equalize the kill score at the 5-minute mark.

Occupy Thrones continued its momentum and secured the first Lord at the 10-minute mark. Amr "Maro" Khaled showcased his pin-point accuracy with Franco hooks, giving the squad the pickoff they needed to take the lead.

However, RRQ Hoshi was able to recover after taking a Lord at the 14-minute mark and equalizing the gold resource. The Indonesian squad was able to take the lead at the 19-minute mark, taking down most of Occupy Thrones’ turrets, after securing another Lord. With a massive minion wave and a Lord in its possession, RRQ Hoshi closed the match with a victory against Occupy Thrones.

The Indonesian squad finished with 22 kills. Muhammad "Lemon" Ikhsan took the MVP title for the match. The Middle Eastern team Occupy Thrones lost with a score of 19 kills.
