Top mobile esports athletes, SENSEI and MJ, have been signed by Revenant Esports.
Rohit Jagasia - CEO of Revenant Esports, mentioned that the organization is honored to get them on board and support their growth even further.
Revenant Esports did not mention in their official announcement the specific purpose or role of the two professional mobile battle royale players.

Indian esports organization, Revenant Esports, has signed two popular mobile gaming athletes Deepak "SENSEI" Negi and Harshit "MJ" Mahajan. The purpose behind signing the two players was not specified. However, it seems that they have been onboarded in anticipation of Battlegrounds Mobile India's (BGMI) eventual return.

Both SENSEI and MJ are former professional PUBG Mobile and BGMI players, who have competed under the banner of multiple top esports organizations from across the country.

"We are always on the lookout for talented athletes to onboard as a part of our vision to become the go-to destination for casual and pro gamers," says Rohit Jagasia - Founder and CEO of Revenant Esports, "MJ and SENSEI are two of the most decorated mobile gaming players with a large fanbase who have displayed a level of long commitment in their careers. We are honored to have them be a part of Revenant Esports where we can support them to grow even further.”

Counted amongst the top esports organizations from India, Revenant Esports has now added two more decorated mobile esports players, SENSEI and MJ, to its growing tally of athletes.

Operating more than eight lineups across different esports titles which comprise more than 45 players, it seems Revenant Esports has started preparing for BGMI's return though nothing of sorts was mentioned in their official announcement.

SENSEI is one of the top shotcallers when it comes to mobile battle royales like PUBG Mobile, BGMI, and New State Mobile. He had a long and successful run with Team XO from August 2021 to April 2023.

During this tenure, SENSEI helped the team achieve victory in multiple tournaments like Chemin Esports Ultimate Showdown, TEC - BGMI Invitational Season 2, LOCO Diwali Battle, WD Black Cup: Season 2, Skyesports Grand Slam 2022, and Upthrust Esports India Rising 2022.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of Revenant Esports. The organization has been growing leaps and folds since its inception and the level of support they can offer me is everything I need to grow as an athlete,” says SENSEI about his new challenge with the organization.

MJ, on the other hand, is a veteran who started his career four years ago in 2019 and has since played under the banner of multiple top-tier esports organizations like Velocity Gaming, GXR Celtz, and Nigma Galaxy.

He was last seen competing in an official tournament around August 2022, winning the Rooter Invitational Series along with Nigma Galaxy after which the entire lineup was dropped.

“India’s mobile gaming industry is growing rapidly and I needed an organization that not only supported me but also offered me the opportunity to grow with other veterans in the scene like SENSEI. Revenant is the perfect place for me and I am so excited to be a part of the pack,” says MJ on joining the organization.

It will be interesting to see what plans Revenant Esports has in store for us having signed two top mobile esports athletes without specifying their role or purpose within the organization!
