The RA Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Champions Gala Semi Finals has concluded with seasoned teams dominating the event. Orangutan, Revenant Esports, Godlike Esports and Reckoning Esports are some of the teams that dominated the Semi Finals.
Orangutan continued its good run in the 2024 BGMI season and put forth aggressive performances in the Semi Finals to take home a sum of INR 75,000.
The RA Esports BGMI Champions Gala Semi Finals saw 24 teams competing for a spot in the Grand Finals.

Orangutan started the semi finals in dominant fashion and grabbed 3 out of its 6 chicken dinners on the first day of the semi finals itself. It was able to build a significant lead of 33 points from the second placed team on the first day of the semi finals. Orangutan showed consistent performances across Day two of the semi finals and consolidated the lead with back to back chicken dinners on Day 3 with 24 point chicken dinners.
Faraz “WizzGod” Khan and Ankit “Akop” Shukla were the star performers for Orangutan with 42 and 33 finishes respectively. The duo was able to grab a couple of finishes in each of the matches they played and also secured multiple match Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards.
Revenant Esports also showed consistent performance and was placed second with 167 points and 4 chicken dinners. The seasoned squad of Godlike Esports did not have a good start to the event but grabbed momentum from Day 3 onwards and scored 139 points along with 4 chicken dinners. Reckoning Esports and Carnival Gaming placed fourth and fifth and secured 136 and 114 points respectively along with 1 chicken dinner each.
