ONIC PH Unveils MPL PH Season 13 Roster Featuring Kelra and K1NGKONG

ONIC PH officially unveiled its roster for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Season 13. The team has acquired talents from other teams like TNC Pro Team and Omega Esports while also maintaining some of its previous members. ONIC PH is the first team to have revealed its full roster for the upcoming MPL PH Season 13. The tournament is set to be held sometime in March 2024 where the top two teams shall represent the region in the highly anticipated Mobile Legends Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024, set to be held in Saudi Arabia with a massive prize pool of $3 million USD. 

ONIC PH acquires Omega Esports and TNC Pro Team star players for MPL PH Season 13

Through a Facebook post on 14th February 2024, ONIC PH announced a surprising roster reveal video featuring familiar faces. 

The team acquired former Omega Esports and MSC 2021 champion star player Grant "Kelra" Pillas alongside Anthony "YnoT" Senedrin as the team’s new head coach, and Patrick "E2MAX" Caidic as the assistant coach. 

Joining the ONIC PH squad is also TNC Pro Team’s former Jungler, King Cyric "K1NGKONG" Perez. He played under the Rising Phoenix for two seasons before leaving the team to join the Yellow Hedgehogs. 

Jem "JEM" Lanojan, Frince "Super Frince" Ramirez, David "BOSS A" Gamboa, and Jomearie "Escalera" Santos remained under ONIC PH and shall be playing for another season.

Following ONIC PH’s impressive 2nd-place finish in the M3 World Championship, the team has faced challenges in maintaining its momentum. Despite undergoing multiple roster changes and parting ways with its iconic lineup, the team has yet to reenact its previous level of success.

It will be interesting to see how ONIC PH performs in the upcoming MPL PH Season 13 with its new and improved roster.
