ONIC Esports' import from the Philippines (PH) Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol, earned the title of the regular season MVP in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Indonesia (ID) Season 10. The star import ranked third in the overall kills leaderboard and had one of the most amazing KDA (Kill, Death, and Assist) ratios in the league phase. With this, Kairi also became the first import from any MPL region to receive the prestigious MVP award.
His squad, ONIC Esports, will represent Indonesia in the upcoming M4 World Championship alongside RRQ Hoshi, which also features a Filipino coach in its roster.
Kairi remained consistent in his impressive performance throughout the MPL ID Season 10
Kairi has become one of ONIC Esports' most integral players in the MPL ID Season 10. His diverse jungle playstyle opened up a plethora of viable strategies for the Yellow Hedgehogs to dominate matches. During the regular season, the team only lost three games and won eleven.
ONIC Esports had a strong playoff run but fell short in the upper bracket finals to RRQ Hoshi, losing 1-3. However, after a convincing 3-0 clean sweep victory over AURA Fire in the lower bracket, the team was able to bounce back and secure a grand finals spot.
Shortly after the ONIC vs AURA showdown, the league announced that Kairi had been named the regular season MVP for the MPL ID Season 10. In the award ceremony, the star Filipino import expressed his gratitude with a wide smile on his face.
“Continue to support us as we try to get the ticket to the M4 World Championship and at the MPL ID Season 10 grand final,” said Kairi.
During the regular season, Kairi was included in the Team of the Week four times, with five players being recognized each week for their performance. He appeared in weeks one, four, seven, and eight.
