OHEB, EDWARD, & Hadji Excited to Finally Play With V33wise in the MPL PH S10
Blacklist International continues to impress its fans in the first week of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 10. The Code Breakers hyped the fans with a thrilling 2-0 clean sweep victory against the renowned “Comeback Kings” Omega Esports. Through a postmatch press conference, the Blacklist International squad also expressed their excitement to finally be able to play with the iconic duo Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna and Danerie James "Wise" Del Rosario (also known as the “V33Wise” duo) after their absence last season. With the team back to its championship form, the Code Breakers aims to reclaim its throne and win the MPL PH Season 10 title.
Classic OhMyV33NUS Estes Play returns with an impressive 100% kill participation
Estes is one of the most iconic heroes played by the queen of the Code Breakers OhMyV33NUS. The pro player used the hero against Nexplay EVOS in the previous match but it failed to meet expectations. However, that was merely a minor setback as the queen locked in another Estes pick in its second game against the resilient Omega Esports.
Blacklist International struggled to keep its momentum going in the early game due to the constant pressure delivered by Dean “Raizen” Sumagui’s Akai. At the nine-minute mark, Omega Esports already had seven kills while the Code Breakers only had two.
Despite this, Blacklist International remained patient and waited for the Comeback Kings to overextend. The opportunity showed itself at the 18-minute mark when Omega Esports forced a teamfight but failed to win due to the constant healing provided by OhMyV33NUS’ Estes. This resulted in a four-man wipe to close the series with a clean sweep victory.
Blacklist International squad finally reunited with the V33Wise duo
Through a postmatch press conference, the Blacklist International squad expressed their satisfaction to finally compete in the league with the main squad.
“I’m happy because the one who shotcalls is finally back with us and also our jungler,” stated the EXP Laner Edward "EDWARD" Jay Dapadap.
“I’m so happy because our last loss was against Omega [Esports] and it felt like we had our revenge. I hope we can keep this up this season,” stated the Gold Laner Kiel "OHEB" Calvin Soriano.
“I’m glad because we are finally together again and we’ll try to recover this season,” stated the Mid Laner Salic "Hadji" Alauya Imam.
Blacklist International aims to continue its win streak against Bren Esports next week on 20th August at 8:00 PM (PHT). Omega Esports will be facing ECHO’s all-star team on the same day at 6:00 PM (PHT).
