Blacklist International takes its first win in its journey to reclaim its throne in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 10. The Code Breakers won its first series in the tournament with a 2-1 score against Nexplay EVOS. The White Tigers showed a surprising team composition that countered Blacklist International’s iconic UBE (Ultimate Bonding Experience) strategy. However, the team could not keep its momentum going and lost the final deciding match. Fans also witnessed the first Savage kill streak of the MPL PH Season 10 under the Code Breakers’ star Gold Laner. Blacklist International is up against Omega Esports in its next match on 13th August.

The return of the iconic duo Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna and Danerie James "Wise" Del Rosario (also known as the “V33Wise” duo) was one of the most highly anticipated moments for this season. This marks the journey of Blacklist International into reclaiming its throne and winning the MPL PH Season 10 title.

The Code Breakers’ first match of the tournament saw them dominate their opponents with their clinical team fight executions and well-calculated rotations. The first game saw OHEB taking centerstage with his signature hero Beatrix, finishing with a 6/1/3 KDA.

The White Tigers came back stronger with its high-risk, high-reward strategy to counter the Code Breakers’ UBE strategy. Nexplay EVOS drafted an all-damage team position which caught its opponents off guard, giving them a very dominant game 2 performance.

Learning from this, Blacklist International came back stronger in the deciding match with a surprising Natalia pick from Wise, proving that the star jungler can also take centerstage as a frontline assassin. Just before the match ended, Nexplay EVOS went for its last stand which resulted in OHEB securing the first Savage kill streak of the MPL PH Season 10.
