The creator opens up about his time away from the spotlight.
One of the top mobile battle royale atheletes from India who has represented the country at the highest possible level in the past, Harmandeep "Mavi" Singh, spoke about his brief hiatus from the world of gaming and esports.
During his recent livestream, Mavi entertained a query by an audience member enquiring about the reason behind his ten-month departure from esports and streaming.
The adept shotcaller opened up about why he stepped away from the limelight and has now returned to deliver regular livestreams involving the fan favorite BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) along with GTA V role-play in SOULCITY.
Mavi reflects on his time way from streaming and competing
The regional mobile gaming audience is delighted to witness regular streams from Mavi which include plenty of BGMI gameplay. Yes, the action-packed scrims might have come to a stop, but this has enabled them to witness some quirky GTA V role-play from him.
In a recent livestream, Mavi while talking about his time away from gaming revealed that he had to come back from his break and stream out of necessity. As for why he had left in the first place, it was because there were some things that hit him pretty hard and hurt him a lot, after which he got busy with his wedding.
"So these were the reasons why I have been unable to stream. Some things have become unfair, have or had become, you can say either. I personally did not like those things," said Mavi.
Following his return, Mavi showed an interest in competitive BGMI. He formed his own team with which he practiced on a regular basis during the scrims sessions, while they lasted.
Mavi had last played in a BGMI tournament in July 2022, Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown 2022, whereas his last mobile tournament overall was Upthrust Esports New State Challengers Showdown 1.0 which had taken place in August 2022.
