The M4 World Championship group stage team distributions have been officially revealed. Through a livestream, the 16 participating teams were distributed equally into four groups via a random draw. With the group stage finalized, the stage is now set for the upcoming M4 World Championship. The tournament is scheduled to kick off on 1st January 2023 and will feature the best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams in the world competing for the lion’s share of the $800,000 USD prize pool and the title of MLBB world champion. The tournament is set to be held at a physical location in Jakarta, Indonesia where fans can witness the action live on the big stage.

Through a livestream, the M4 World Championship group stage teams were seeded randomly into their respective groups.
The group draw will have two types of pools. The first pool will contain four Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League (MPL) champions from the Philippines (PH), Indonesia (ID), Singapore (SG), and Malaysia (MY). The second pool will have the rest of the qualified teams in the tournament.
