ONIC Esports' Kairi thinks the new emblem will not affect Blacklist International's performance in tournaments.

ONIC Esports' star jungler, Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol, recently expressed his thoughts on how the introduction of the new Emblem System in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) could impact Blacklist International's performance in upcoming tournaments. Some fans have speculated that this shift in the meta might pose challenges for the Codebreakers, given the nerfs to utility junglers. However, Kairi holds the belief that these changes will not hinder Blacklist International's performance, as the team's jungler, Danerie "Wise" Rosario, has previously excelled with assassin heroes during the early days of Mobile Legends esports. In fact, the revamped Emblem System may even pave the way for him to once again showcase his mastery with jungle assassins.

This is not the end of the “V33Wise” meta, Kairi explains

During a livestream, Kairi expressed his belief that new Emblem System will not hinder Wise’ performance as Blacklist International’s jungler. ONIC Esports’ iconic jungler explained that the Codebreakers were dominating even before the introduction of the jungle emblem.

“Before the jungle emblem (became famous), they were also dominating,” stated Kairi. “In Season 7 and Season 8, there was no jungle emblem, guys, but they still won back-to-back [championships titles].”

Kairi further elaborated that Wise is not limited to only using tank heroes as he used to play jungle assassins even before the jungle meta was introduced.

“They weren’t using tank heroes before. They even used damage [type] junglers when they won the MPL two times,”

Wise was known for using a lot of jungle assassins such as Yi Sun-Shin, Granger, and Aldous. However, due to the huge impact that the jungle emblem has in the meta, he shifted his focus to utility heroes like Fredrinn, Barats, and Baxia.

Despite a huge nerf to utility junglers, the new Emblem System in Mobile Legends brought life to Utility supports through a custom emblem that can provide more cooldown reduction and healing or shielding power. This may be considered a huge advantage for Blacklist International’s star roamer Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna who is widely known for using healing supports.

It will be interesting to see how this new emblem may shift the meta in all the regions in the upcoming Mobile Legends Professional League.
