Global Esports CEO Rushindra Sinha revealed that they are looking for two separate bootcamps, one for their management and another for their esports athletes.
He also mentioned that having a bootcamp in a particular place has granted them many opportunities in the past and they would like to have their new bootcamps situated in the same place.

Global Esports is one of the major esports organizations in India. It has had several rosters in multiple gaming titles including Counter Strike, Dota 2, and Overwatch. It currently has four rosters under its name - the men’s Valorant roster, Global Esports Phoenix - female Valorant roster, the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) men’s roster, and Global Esports Phoenix - female BGMI roster.

Global Esports became the only organization from India to be partnered with Riot Games and its men’s roster received a franchised slot to compete in the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Pacific League.

The bootcamp for the men’s Valorant roster was situated in Korea. In a recent live stream, Rushindra Sinha, CEO of Global Esports, revealed that they are looking for a new bootcamp for their esports athletes and management.

The bootcamp is an essential place for esports athletes as it enables them to practice and communicate with each other while playing. There are coaches, analysts and other members of the team present at the bootcamp to discuss and improve the performance of the team.

Recently in a live stream, Rushindra Sinha revealed that they are looking for a new bootcamp and said, “We are looking at houses for our bootcamp which will be a place for our management team, studio people and a separate bootcamp for our esports athletes.

Since it is a clear divide we are looking at having two separate bootcamps. We have got several options but when we see the rent, half of our problems start at that stage. But most of our problems will be solved if we have our bootcamp in Bandra (Mumbai).

It also opens up many opportunities for us. For example, we had a visit from Divine at our studio and there have been many such instances where multiple celebrities and influencers have visited us. I would not like to give up that kind of an opportunity because many opportunities have come our way when we were situated in Bandra”.

The bootcamp is not only useful for esports athletes but also for content creators. They can shoot multiple videos for the organization and esports athletes can also partake in those activities.
