The initial stages of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series Season 2 (BGMS S2) have concluded with the second week of competition coming to an end yesterday on 20th August.

Till now all 24 participants were safe, but with the tournament entering Playoffs and Grand Finals, the first set of teams have been eliminated while others make their way ahead.

Based on the performance across launch week, super weekend one, and super weekend two, an overall points table was created with the bottom four teams going back home, the top four teams directly qualifying for the Grand Finals, and the remaining teams moving ahead to the Playoffs.


All Teams Eliminated and Qualified for BGMS Season 2 Playoffs and Grand Finals

Every single team managed to score some points during the launch week of BGMS Season 2. However, things changed for the next two weeks as all teams were required to give their best during the weekly matches. This is because only the top 16 qualified for the weekend clash, scores from which were considered towards the overall scoreboard.

The next stage, BGMS Season 2 Playoffs is all set to kick off tomorrow and will take place on 22nd and 23rd August. A total of six matches will be played between the 16 qualified teams, three on each match day.

After all the matches are played, the top 12 teams will qualify for the final stage of the tournament, BGMS Season 2 Grand Finals, scheduled to take place from 25th to 27th August.
