BGIS 2024 The Grind - Week 3 - Day 2 - Groups 3 & 4: Overall Standings, Match Summary

Day 2 of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 The Grind Week 3, Groups 3 and 4 has concluded with upcoming teams dominating the event. Underdog teams like TMG Esports, Voltx Gaming and Marcos At Battle dominated Group 3 along with Marcos Gaming and Team Forever from Group 4. The seasoned squad of Team XSpark also showed consistent performances. 

The BGIS 2024 The Grind event will see 256 teams competing for a spot in the BGIS 2024 main event.

BGIS 2024 The Grind - Week 3 - Day 2 - Groups 3 and 4 Match Summary

Group 3:

Match 1 Erangel: Voltx Gaming secured a massive chicken dinner with 27 points. Syraxx from Voltx Gaming was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 9 solo finishes. TMG Esports placed second and scored 18 points. Utog Esports placed third and got 14 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Troy Tamilian Esports and Popcorn Esports placed fourth and fifth and got 8 and 6 points respectively.

Match 2 Miramar: Marcos at Battle secured a 21 point chicken dinner. Voltx Gaming placed second, it showed good rotations and got 15 points. Tribal Esports placed third and got 12 points. 7Hills Esports and Popcorn Esports placed fourth and fifth and got 9 points each. NinjaOP from 7Hills Esports was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. R Esports and Chemin Esports were eliminated early without any points.

Match 3 Sanhok: TMG Esports secured a 24 point chicken dinner. Arther from TMG Esports was the MVP of the match with 10 finishes. Adiyogi Gaming made a comeback and scored 17 points, 12 of which came via finishes. Marcos At Battle placed third and got 10 points. ASG SF Mizoram placed fourth and got 8 points. Popcorn Esports placed fifth and got 7 points, 6 of which came via finishes. Team Insane and Redemption Crew were eliminated early with a single point each.

Match 1 Erangel: Team Forever secured a 17 point chicken dinner. Harshit “MJ” Mahajan from Team Forever was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Marcos Gaming placed second and got 13 points. Team INS placed third and got 12 points. Team XSpark placed fourth and scored 11 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Xnor Esports placed fifth and got 9 points. Team Invincible, Team Mayur and Clue Esports were eliminated early with zero points.

Match 2 Miramar: Marcos Gaming secured a 22 point chicken dinner. Hunter from Marcos Gaming was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Team INS and Team Forever placed second and third and got 12 points each. Do or Die placed fourth and scored 10 points. Godgiven Esports placed fifth and got 8 points, 6 of which came via finishes. Team White Shadow was eliminated early with just a single point.

Match 3 Sanhok: Evolution Mizoram secured a 19 point chicken dinner. Team Forever placed second and scored 14 points, 13 of which came via finishes. Mohammad “Owais” Lakhani from Team Forever was the MVP of the match with 6 finishes. Xnor Esports placed third and got 12 points. Team INS and Marcos Gaming placed fourth and fifth and got 10 points each. Godx and Fintox Esports were eliminated early with a single point each.

Day 2 of the event was dominated by upcoming teams like TMG Esports, Voltx Gaming and Team INS along with the other squads like Marcos Gaming and Team Forever. A few teams like R Esports, Team Invincible and Team White Shadow were unable to put forth consistent performance and were placed in the bottom of the points table with single digit points.
