Benthings Shifts to Head Coach of TNC Pro Team for MPL PH Season 13

TNC Pro Team unveiled its roster for the MPL PH Season 13.
Benthings switched roles from playing as a Roamer to becoming the Coach for TNC Pro Team.
Hatred returns to the MPL PH as a Mid Laner for TNC Pro Team.

TNC Pro Team officially unveiled its roster for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Season 13. The squad reveal featured a surprising twist in the team’s lineup featuring its iconic roamer Ben "Benthings" Maglaque shifting to a coach role. TNC Pro Team also featured new faces set to debut in the upcoming MPL PH Season 13 as well as returning veterans. The team continues to stick to its theme of redemption as it looks forward to a better performance in the upcoming season.

The MPL PH Season 13 is set to kick off on 15th March where the eight franchise teams shall compete for the championship title as well as a chance to represent the region in the upcoming Mobile Legends Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024, set to be held in Saudi Arabia.

Benthings takes on a coaching role for TNC Pro Team

Through a Facebook post on 20th February, TNC Pro Team revealed its team roster for the upcoming MPL PH Season 13 with a surprising twist.

“These wounds serve as a reminder of what we have lost and what we still have to gain. Phoenix army, this is #RiseOfTheFallen,” the post captioned.

The team continues its quest for redemption after years of underwhelming performances in the local league. Leading the team is Ben "Benthings" Maglaque as the new coach. He previously played as the squad’s roamer and is considered as one of the key members that kept TNC Pro Team players in high spirits despite all the odds stacked against them. 

Former ONIC PH members Dean "Raizen" Sumagui and Czedrick "Yoshinu" Romero also joined the team and are also on their quest to prove they are still at the top of their game.

Jaylord "Hatered" Gonzales also made a comeback in the PH MLBB scene under TNC Pro Team. He previously played under Impunity KH from Cambodia.

Other members include Christian "HEADS" Morada, Robee "Ninjakilla (also known as Yasuwo)" Pormocille, Jetson "Goyo" Ignacio, and Nomed.

It will be interesting to see how TNC Pro Team performs in the upcoming MPL PH Season 13 with its renewed lineup and the determination to rise higher with every season.
