Indian esports organization, 7Sea Esports has announced its Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster. The organization has an active PUBG Mobile Esports roster with players based in Bangladesh and Nepal, but with the arrival of Battlegrounds Mobile India, the organization is looking to invest in Krafton's India-exclusive title. 7Sea Esports has a track record of commendable performances at the PUBG Mobile Invitational Series and the PUBG Mobile Pro League (South Asia). Krafton is already teasing esports events in India for BGMI and 7Sea will be looking to capitalize on the potential of the new game. In a press release sent to AFK Gaming, 7Sea Esports’ founder and managing director, Santosh Pecheti said, “the team has the calibre to dominate the scene. Our plans revolve around rapid expansion into the community through aggressive gameplay, bringing some exciting content around players and position as a top esports brand.”

Prince, who will be taking on in-game leadership responsibilities said, “we are a balanced team. Aladdin and I played LAN events and understand the competition well, whereas Sarang and SPRAYGOD are both new and emerging players that can dominate the scene. The team works hard and winning with style is our priority.”

Following the launch of the new mobile esports title BGMI, there has been considerable hype among South Asian countries with numerous esports organizations signing teams to compete in official and community events.
