Krafton Officially Launches Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI)

Krafton finally launched the official version of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) earlier today on 2 July 2021. After just two weeks of BGMI Early Access version becoming available to all the players through the Google Play Store, Krafton has now released the full version of the game. All Android users who were already playing the open beta version can simply update their game by heading over to the Play Store, while others can now directly get their hands on the BGMI official version. The developers have notified that depending on the device environment, the exposure time of the official version on the Play Store may be different.

There is still no word on the Battlegrounds Mobile India's launch on iOS devices and the game's esports plans. Currently, the game is only available on android devices.

BGMI Official Version Released

The full version of the BGMI is finally here for all Android users, who can quickly update their existing version of the game or download the full version via the Google Play Store. Gameplay wise there will not be a lot of changes and the experience will more or less be the same.

Krafton since the launch of the Early Access version for all the players on 18 June, has identified and solved multiple bugs and issues which were reported by the community like parsing problem, server is busy, download failure, and more. The official version will be a much more stable version, which might guarantee more stable performance and upgraded user experience.

All the BGMI players who pre-registered for the mobile Battle Royale will be receiving four additional rewards as promised by the developers, the Recon Mask, the Recon Outfit, Celebration Expert Title, and 300 AG (Ace Gold).

Along with this, all the players who will be directly downloading the full version of BGMI will also be able to transfer their data from the prior app account by simply connecting their Twitter or Facebook accounts. This feature is however only applicable until year end, 31 December, 2021.

Finally, Krafton to kick things off and celebrate the launch of the BGMI full version also announced a few in-game events,

• The duration of receiving INDIA KA BATTLEGROUNDS Gift & 1M & 5M total download rewards is extended to August 19, 23:59 (UTC) (August 20, 05:29 AM).

• The Constable Set(PERMANENT), the 10M download reward, can also be claimed after the official opening until August 19, 23:59 (UTC) (August 20, 05:29 AM).
