First reported by the Filipino paper Inquirer, MLBB caster Zeus Torquator was indefinitely suspended after fellow caster Em “Kaisaya” Dangla accused him of distributing a private video of her. In a lengthy post, Dangla alleged that streamer Zeus Torquator had spread a private video of herself and her ex-boyfriend. In February of 2019, she said that she filed an incident report at Camp Crame, but the case ultimately did not go forward when “just one last testifier who asked and received a copy of my video from Zeus, Shin Boo Ponferrada, denied standing up for justice,” she wrote.

Dangla, in a detailed post on Facebook, alleged that Zeus Torquator spread a private video of herself and her ex-boyfriend. She later did file an incident report at Camp Crame in February 2019. However, because Shin Boo Ponferrada, a popular shoutcaster who streams under the name of Sh1n Boo, the last testifier “denied standing up for justice”, the case ultimately didn’t go forward.
Regarding Zeus Torquator’s suspension from his position in Luponwxc, the organisation released a statement, “In light of the recent statement by Em ‘Kaisaya’ Dangla regarding the issue done by one of our caster, Zeus Torquator, we indefinitely suspend Zeus from his current position with the company”. Dota 2 Host Eri Neeman praised Luponwxc’s decision as one of ‘leading by example’. He also put out the following statement regarding the sexual harassment incident on Facebook:
The suspension comes after Dangla’s revelation on Facebook that Torquator allegedly “disseminated, shared, and showed copies” of her private video with an ex-boyfriend, Aron Laxamana.

Dangla added that because of the incident, it prompted her to file a report with the Philippine National Police in Camp Crame back in February 2019. She, however, said that she was “denied from receiving justice” as there was no update on the case. After the suspension, Kaisaya posted her reaction to it where she said that while she was glad that he stepped down and even sent a private message wishing him good luck in his future endeavours, she also said that he should atone for his mistakes to the other people he has wronged.
Kaisaya also highlighted the issues and hurdles faced by women in the esports industry that cause them to not speak out, such as judgemental eyes, victim blamers, and accused of inventing stories.
Kaisaya’s recount of what happened sparked a fire within the Philippines esport community. Many prominent organisations reaffirmed their stance towards pledging to make the Philippines community a safe space for all women to work under.
