RRQ Athena is a Thailand based organisation owned by Rex Regum Qeon. One of the top teams playing in PUBG MOBILE today, RRQ was one of the first global superstar teams in the game. RRQ dominated the competitive scene for two consecutive years, 2018 and 2019.
With the help of its stellar squad, RRQ came fourth in PUBG Mobile Pro League - Spring Split 2020: Southeast Asia and won the PUBG Mobile Pro League - Spring Split 2020: Thailand League. Last year, RRQ won the PUBG Mobile Club Open - Fall Split: SEA Championship and other minor tournaments like PUBG Mobile Thailand Championship 2019: Miramar Division, PUBG Mobile YEAH Asia League 2019 and Thailand E-sports Challenge 2018. In 2018, the team also won tournaments like Fighting League 2018 - Thailand, PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018 and PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018 - Asia.

Some of RRQ’s most notable players have been with the organisation since the formation. RRQ G9 and RRQ D2E have earned numerous awards and enjoy immense popularity both in Thailand and internationally. Bawonchai “D2E” Han is the entry fragger in RRQ’s fearsome roster. The squad has managed to excel in the PUBG MOBILE pro landscape thanks to D2E’s sharp skills. D2E was the first player to reach the Conqueror tier in Season 1 of PUBG Mobile. He is a proficient gyroscope player who uses a three-finger claw control setup.
Pachachai Han or G9 is the In-Game Leader of RRQ Athena. They are currently one of the strongest PUBG MOBILE teams from Thailand. G9 first started out with team Burn before moving to SOS Athena (RRQ Athena). G9 is the heart and mind of the whole team. He has a deep understanding of the game. Under his leadership, RRQ Athena has risen to become one of the best PUBG MOBILE teams in the competitive scene.
RRQ Athena’s Performance at PMWL
At the end of PMWL Opening Weekend, RRQ stood in 4th place with 89 points (39 Placement Points and 50 Kill Points). The team never placed below top 10 in all their matches, placing 8th overall with 39 Placement Points and 36 Kill Points.
RRQ Athena started the Super Weekend with a 10th place finish and eventually ended on a high note, leading the rankings table. The team picked up two chicken dinners along with 99 kills in the super weekend.
While all 20 teams of the PMWL East season zero have received $1,000 for playing in the first week, RRQ Athena has won $2,000 so far and has finished in 1st place.
