The organization is among the few that has successfully fielded rosters in multiple mobile and PC esports titles like Valorant (Male and Female rosters), Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Pokemon Unite and Free Fire. Orangutan Gaming has achieved significant success through its Valorant and Pokemon Unite roster.

Orangutan Gaming entered the gaming scene in 2021 with its BGMI roster and impressed everyone with its performance. In 2021, its BGMI team consistently placed in the top 3 across multiple events and since then has put forth stellar performances. Orangutan's BGMI team had loaned its players to other teams for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 event as the team was not able to qualify for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023. The players have now returned to the organization but their coach, Vedang "Vedzz" Chavan has been let go from the team.
Orangutan Gaming’s BGMI roster 2024:
Orangutan Gaming’s BGMI roster had consistent performances before the start of BGIS 2023 but the team was not able to replicate the same and was eliminated in the open qualifiers stage. The squad made a comeback in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 2023 event and put forth consistent performances to secure the second spot in the event’s LAN Grand Finals.
It recently played the Upthrust Esports BGMI Multiverse Series 2024 Final Showdown and dominated to place second in the event.
