How to Use Memory Bubbles in Honkai Star Rail

Honkai Star Rail is a turn-based roleplaying game (RPG) created by Hoyoverse, the development studio behind Honkai Impact and Genshin Impact. Despite being a more linear experience than Genshin Impact, Star Rail offers its fair share of puzzles and you can explore the world as much as you want. There are Memory Bubbles in Honkai Star Rail that you may have run into and if you have trouble activating them, we are here to help you out.

Unlocking Memory Bubbles in Honkai Star Rail

Memory Bubbles are the floating blue orbs that you will find at the space station. They hold information but you need to interact with them first. The game does not tell you how to unlock them and it is up to players to figure out the mechanics of these bubbles.

You need to find Herta at the Herta Space Station and she will tell you more about the Memory Bubbles if you trigger the dialogue that says “There are strange bubbles at the space station…”. She will be willing to help you find out more about these bubbles, but she makes you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) first. 

Once you agree to her terms, you can go and interact with the bubbles all over the space station. These bubbles are collectibles and they contain information about Herta’s life. They are meant to be distractions and are not a part of the main story of the game. 

Memory bubbles are located only in the space station and there may be a hidden achievement for unlocking all of them. So far players have discovered the bubbles only in the Space Station area but there may be a few hidden bubbles that players discover later in the game.
