Everything we know about Warzone Mobile: Gameplay, Pre-Registration, And More

After months of rumors, Activision finally confirmed Call of Duty: Warzone for mobile on 10th March, 2022. During the Call of Duty Next event held on 15th September, Activision revealed details about the upcoming mobile battle royale with an exciting trailer, a few gameplay features and even opened access to pre-registration. Here is everything we know about the upcoming Warzone Mobile.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile gameplay features

Warzone Mobile is set to feature Warzone’s iconic Verdansk map, and lobbies consisting of upto 120 players. Other signature gameplay features coming to the mobile battle royale, as confirmed by Chris Plummer, Vice President, Head of Mobile at Activision are:

• Finishing moves

• Contracts to get access to more loot

• Buy stations

• Killstreaks

• Gulag

It will also feature cross-play and consolidate your time spent, and battle pass grind across next generation Call of Duty games like Warzone 2.0, Modern Warfare II and Warzone Mobile.

Does Warzone Mobile have a release date?

Confirmation that Activision was working on a mobile version of Warzone came in early March when they put out postings for some job openings. However, the official announcement was revealed on 11th March, Warzone’s two-year anniversary. Unfortunately there is no confirmation on a release date for Warzone Mobile.

The closed alpha tests for the game went live on 11th May 11 blog post. As of now, Activision has enabled pre-registration for the mobile battle royale.

How to pre-register for Warzone Mobile

Players can pre-register for Call Of Duty Warzone Mobile by navigating to the Google Play Store page of the game and hitting the ‘Pre-register’ button.
