BGMI iOS Download Link is Live: All You Need to Know

The day that so many Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) players were eagerly awaiting is finally here. BGMI is now available for download and play on iOS and Android devices and Krafton has rolled out a new update for the game. Krafton has welcomed back all the players to BGMI starting 29th May. Notably, BGMI’s latest 2.5 Update offers a refined and immersive experience for gamers. However, to ensure that everyone has a seamless gaming experience, the playability of BGMI will be staggered and Krafton will allow users to login in phases. 

If you are an Android device user, you must have had a couple of days’ time to preload the game and play it instantaneously on 29th May. But iOS users did not have the option of preloading and hence the game had to be downloaded on 29th May.

Download BGMI on iOS Devices

On 27th May, Krafton announced that for iOS users, both old and new, India’s favorite battle royale BGMI would be available for download and play on the App Store starting from 29th May.

Krafton announced, “Invite your mohalla, re-plan your weekends, dust out the strategy call-books, and grab your IGL back in the squad, because BGMI is BACK!”

Players should note that Krafton is anticipating an overwhelming number of downloads and as a result, the developer will stagger the availability and playability of BGMI. Krafton reiterated that this approach will ensure that all players enjoy the game seamlessly without interruptions. It added, “Within a maximum of 48 hours, all users will be able to log in and play the game.”

If you are looking to download BGMI on your iOS device, you can head over to the official BGMI website and click on the ‘Download on the App Store’ button in the center of your screen or click on the IOS Download button the top right of the screen.

Alternatively, open the App Store on your device, and search for BGMI and open the official Krafton link to download it via the ‘Get’ button. 

However, before downloading the game, ensure you have sufficient space on your device to install and run BGMI seamlessly. Currently, you need 2.4 GB space to play the game.

The biggest headliner of the latest BGMI update is the playtime restrictions. The playtime for users under 18 years is three hours whereas for the rest of the players, it is capped at six hours daily. Additionally, parental verification and daily spending limit for minors continue to be implemented by Krafton. Coming to the gameplay updates of BGMI, new additions include a brand-new map called Nusa, alongside various in-game events, weapon upgrades, and new skins.
