AoV WC 2021: Arena of Valor World Cup Live Scores, Schedule, Roster, and Result
Arena of Valor World Cup 2021 (AoV WC 2021) will return after being canceled because of the pandemic last year. Tencent announced its return in a recent press release. 16 teams will compete at the event starting June 19, 2021; Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, Mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Brazil for World Championship and a piece of the $500,00 prize pool. The 16 teams will participate in the Group stage by drawing 4 teams into 4 individual groups. The Group stage will be from 19th June 2021 to 27th June 2021. And after a brief break, the playoffs will begin from 30th June 2021 to 18th July 2021. Here are more details regarding AoV WC 2021.

Arena of Valor World Cup 2021 (AoV WC 2021) Format
The event will also include a few in-game activities, giveaways, mini-events, and special guests for the viewers to enjoy. This marks the first time that the regional championship will venture into an online tournament format, with the official websites brewing surprises for viewers.
Group Stage.
- The group stage will be held during 19th - 27th, June 2021.
- 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups of 4 teams.
- Teams from the same region shall not be drawn into the same group.
- Single Round-Robin format, all matches are played in a Bo3.
- Each game win grants 1 point.
- The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the playoffs and the bottom 2 teams will be eliminated.
Playoffs.
- The playoffs will begin from 30th June 2021 till 18th July 2021.
- Double Elimination bracket (except the one-off grand finale).
- Playoffs round 1 are Bo5.
- All the other matches will be Bo7.
- All matches played with Global Ban-Pick Rules
