Luocha is an upcoming character in Honkai Star Rail patch 1.1. He is an Imaginary character from the Path of Abundance who can offer utility and healing. Should you pull for Luocha?
If Natasha is your only healer, you might want to get a copy of Luocha for Forgotten Hall/Memory of Chaos where you need a couple of defensive supports for both chambers. He is a good character and his support capabilities can be useful and if you already have powerful damage dealers and want a comfortable experience in the Memory of Chaos, Luocha might be a good fit for your account.
Should you go for Luocha’s Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail?
Eidolons are not worth chasing after if you are a free-to-play player, especially in such an early stage of the game. We recommend opting for more characters instead to build a diverse roster that covers all elements.
E1: When using his Skill, if the target ally's HP is lower than 50% of their Max HP, Luocha's Outgoing Healing increases by 30%. If the target ally's HP is at 50% of their Max HP or higher, Luocha creates a Shield for them that can withstand DMG equal to 15% of their Max HP for 1 turn(s).
E2: After using his Skill, if the target ally's HP is fully restored, Luocha additionally regenerates 10 Energy.
E3: Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
E4: When Luocha's Field is active, enemies become Weakened and deal 10% reduced DMG.
E5: Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
E6: When using Luocha's Ultimate, deals additional Imaginary DMG equal to 100% of his ATK to enemy targets with buffs.
