Luocha is an upcoming character in Honkai Star Rail patch 1.1. He is an Imaginary character from the Path of Abundance. If Natasha is your only healer, you might want to get a copy of Luocha for Forgotten Hall/Memory of Chaos where you need a couple of defensive supports for both chambers. Honkai Star Rail 1.1 Luocha: Best Relics
Here are the recommended relics for Luocha:
Passerby of Wandering Cloud: (4-Piece Set)
2-Piece Bonus: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10%.
4-Piece Bonus: At the beginning of the battle, immediately recovers 1 Skill Point.
Space Sealing Station (Planar Ornament Set)
2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's ATK increases by another 12%.
Honkai Star Rail 1.1 Luocha: Best Light Cone
Luocha will arrive with his signature 5-star Light Cone “Echoes of the Coffin”. At Superimposition 1 it increases ATK of the wearer by 20%. After the wearer uses Ultimate, all allies gain 16 Speed for 1 turn. Additionally, for each different target the wearer attacks, it recovers 5 Energy. Each attack can recover Energy a maximum of 3 time(s).
If you are not planning on going for the light cone, you can use any of the popular Abundance light cones like Post-Op Conversation, Quid Pro Quo or Shared Feeling. Do note that Luocha scales with Attack so using the HP% light cones will not yield much benefit for him.
Honkai Star Rail 1.1 Luocha: Best Traces to Level
You should focus on Luocha’s skills, ultimate, talent and passives. His unlockable traces are also great and you can leave his basic attack as the last thing you level up.
Basic Attack: Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 50% of Luocha's ATK to a single enemy.
Skill: After using his Skill, immediately restore a single ally's HP equal to 48% of Luocha's ATK plus 160. Meanwhile, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower. When an ally's HP drops below 50%, Luocha will immediately use his Skill 1 time on this ally (without consuming Skill Points). This effect can be triggered again when the conditions are met after Luocha takes action 2 more time(s).
Ultimate: Dispels 1 enemy buff(s) and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 80% of Luocha's ATK to all enemies. For every enemy buff dispelled, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.
Talent: When Abyss Flower is stacked 3 time(s), Luocha consumes all stacks to deploy a Field against the enemy. When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, the ally immediately restores HP equal to 15% of Luocha's ATK plus 50. The Field effect lasts 2 turn(s).
Technique: After using his Technique, Luocha immediately heals an ally with the lowest current HP percentage equal to 50% of Luocha's Max HP.
Trace 1: Luocha's Skill removes 1 debuff(s) from the target ally.
Trace 2: After using his Ultimate, Luocha additionally regenerates 10 Energy.
Trace 3: DMG received by Luocha from a single attack cannot be higher than 80% of his Max HP.
