Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA V) is one of the best-selling games of all time and it is still the world record holder for the "highest revenue generated by an entertainment product in 24 hours" with over $815 Million USD generated, beating out the biggest blockbuster movies, TV shows, and more. Many people wonder why a game from 2013 continues to be so popular even eleven years later and the answer for this lies within its roleplaying (RP) community. GTA RP has renewed the interest in the game pulling in hordes of content creators and fans across different streaming platforms.
Big name streamer and content creator Félix "xQc" Lengyel is one of the biggest GTA RP streamers. Currently, he is one of the co-owners of NoPixel, one of GTA RP’s biggest servers, along with Twitch streamers Buddha and Koil. During one of his recent Kick streams, xQc addressed his viewers directly and opened up the drop in GTA RP content.
xQc Talks About His GTA RP Streams
xQc is one of the biggest GTA RP streamers there is. It is one of his most streamed categories. However, he has been deliberately slowing down on GTA RP content. In one of his recent streams, xQc stated that it is because of some of his viewers who make it "unstreamable."
As he was signing off from his Kick stream, xQc got into a heated argument with one of his viewers on chat. The user was not convinced with some of the decisions xQc made in-game and brought them up.
Addressing the viewer, xQc said, "You spammed full of hatred and dogs***. Bro, you were saying some of the most hateful s*** in chat as soon as I turned off emote only mode. Do you not see how decent it was? The whole thing?"
xQc added that it was fine and that he was laughing and chilling but pointed out how the viewer was "just malding and making the experience miserable."
The streamer continued, "Why do you think we don’t get more roleplay anymore? Because you’re a s*** f***ing viewer bro. It’s lame as f***. It’s legitimately unstreamable. It’s actually trash!"
It should be noted that xQc first joined the NoPixel community in 2019 when he was playing as Jean-Pierre Baptiste for a short period of time. He then later returned to NoPixel during the start of 3.0 in 2021 with his new character Jeal Paul.
