Here’s How You Can Get the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros Relic in Last Epoch

Apart from 15 mastery classes and 120+ skills, players can also equip themselves with weapons, armor, and other gear from a diverse array of items in Last Epoch. While most of these items are available through regular farming methods or from defeating minibosses, Uniques like the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros Relic can only be acquired by hunting down and defeating certain Timeline Bosses. Once you obtain this elusive Dragon Heart, you can access its potent healing and spell-casting abilities, making you strong enough to deal with even the most formidable foes. How to Acquire the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros Relic in Last Epoch?

Obtaining the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros Relic requires you to head into the Reign of Dragons Timeline and defeat the Emperor of Corpses. This boss mainly uses Necrotic and Physical damage and can be found at the Rotting Hoard. Keep in mind that this is a level 85 area and would require the best of your equipment to tackle the deadly foes that spawn here.

Once you step into the Reign of Dragons Timeline, you will encounter numerous monsters such as:

• Covenant of Dominion: Deals Fire damage and potent modifiers to support them.

• Ascendant Embermage: Deals Fire damage and requires close-range melee attacks to avoid their Meteorites.

• Gorgon: Deals Poison damage and creates tornadoes that pull you into their path

• Gold Elemental: Fires Cannon blasts from its arms, dealing massive Area of Effect (AoE) Fire damage.

• Profane Flesh: Deals Physical and Necrotic damage using AoE while also boasting a large health pool.

• Ice Goliath: Deals AoE Cold damage. Its attacks are relatively easy to dodge.

The Monolith of Fate in Reign of Dragons showcases three quests; Drowned Thetima, Island Battlefield, and the Eye of the Storm. Completing the first two is a prerequisite to unlock the Eye of the Storm where the dragons gain Necrotic powers and create their reign of undead, summoning the Emperor of Corpses. This final quest requires 400 Stability in Normal and 850 Stability in Empowered.

Although taking down the Emperor of Corpses does not guarantee the Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros Relic, its drop rates significantly increase on Empowered Monoliths, due to its higher Corruption levels. Here are the stats and effects of this Unique Dragon Heart:
