Diablo 4 is now available for players who purchased the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the game but many players are unable to play because their accounts are locked out. The issue is prevalent mostly for PlayStation 5 and PC players but it can occur on any platform. If you are facing the “Your Account is Currently Locked” error in Diablo 4, here’s what you need to do.

How to fix Diablo 4’s “Your Account Is Currently Locked” Error: Code 395002

The first thing you should do is check the BlizzardCS Twitter account. Players are facing the issue due to server issues and you may run into the error code even after getting into the game after queueing up. 

Here are some solutions that you can try: 

Restart Diablo 4

  1. Exit Diablo 4

  2. Right-click on your Taskbar.

  3. Click on Task Manager.

  4. Search for Battle.net processes

  5. Right click on all the Battle.net processes and click “End Process”.

  6. Start Diablo 4

If you are on console, simply restart your system once.

Flush DNS (PC)

Your temporary network files may be causing issues which is why cleaning your files can often fix the issue.

  1. Press the Windows Key

  2. Type “Command Prompt” and hover on the first app result 

  3. Click on Run As Administrator

  4. If asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.

  5. You should now get a new window with a black screen.

  6. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.

  7. Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.

  8. Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.

  9. Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.

  10. Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.

  11. Restart your computer.

Players are running into error code 395002 (Your Account is Currently Locked) in Diablo 4 when trying to get into the game, so there is nothing to be alarmed about if you face this error code. A lot of players are running into this issue because of overloaded servers. 

Even if you wait for your turn in the server queue and manage to log in, it is possible that the game will kick you out. Keep retrying or just wait for the server load to reduce and play at a later time if you are facing issues.
