Diablo 4 Twitch Drops: Dates, Rewards & FAQs
While Diablo 4’s early access was granted to those who purchased the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the game, the official launch of Diablo IV begins only on 5th June at 4 pm PDT. To commemorate this launch, Blizzard Entertainment announced a Diablo 4 Twitch Drops event that is going to be held for four weeks. The Diablo 4 Twitch Drops event will kick off soon and will continue till the end of June, giving players plenty of time to earn exclusive cosmetics for their favorite class in the game.
By participating in this Twitch Drops event, you are eligible to unlock weapon skins and other exclusive cosmetics.

Notably, you can own any edition of Diablo 4 to gain progress toward these Twitch drops. Likewise, you can earn progress towards a drop from watching any eligible Diablo 4 content creator on Twitch. For example, you can watch half an hour on one channel and then switch to another channel without losing your progress. However, watching only one channel at a time will count toward your progress.
Make sure to link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts since earned Twitch Drop rewards will expire seven days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.

Twitch Drops for Diablo 4: All 4 Weeks’ Rewards Explained
You need to watch at least three hours of eligible Diablo 4 content every week while this Twitch Drop is active. There are drops for watching for three hours and six hours. Here are the rewards and drops for all four weeks of the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops event:
Week 1 Twitch Drops: Rogue and Necromancer
To get your hands on the Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors for all your demon-stabbing needs, tune into streams between 5th June (4 pm PDT) and 11th June (11.59 pm PDT). If you keep up your momentum for a total of six hours, you can earn the Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy.

Time: 12th June 12 am PDT to 18th June 11:59 pm PDT
Watch three hours: Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand weapon recolor
Watch six hours: Hellrune Tabernacle back trophy
Week 3: Druid
Time: 19th June 12 am PDT to 25th June 11:59 pm PDT
