How to fix Diablo 4’s Error Code 395002 ‘Your Account Is Currently Locked’

Firstly, you need to understand that this is an error that is faced by many players and you’re not alone. It's worth noting that this error code does not indicate that you've lost access to your account and you are not banned from playing Diablo 4. 

The error code 395002 is prevalent mostly for PlayStation 5 and PC players but it can occur on any platform. If you are facing the “Your Account is Currently Locked” error in Diablo 4, here’s what you need to do.

The first thing you should do is check the BlizzardCS Twitter account. Players should note that the issue is majorly due to server issues and it is possible to encounter it even after entering the game after queueing. 

Here are some solutions that you can try: 

Restart the game

  • Exit Diablo 4

  • Right-click on your Taskbar.

  • Click on Task Manager.

  • Search for Battle.net processes

  • Right-click on all the Battle.net processes and click “End Process”.

  • Start Diablo 4

  • In case you are a console player, just restart the system once.

Flush DNS on PC

  • Click on Windows Key

  • Type Command Prompt and run as Admin

  • If asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.

  • You should now get a new window with a black screen.

  • Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.

  • Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.

  • Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.

  • Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.

  • Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.

  • Now restart your computer.

Next time you encounter this error code, it just means that numerous players are trying to log into Diablo 4 at the same time. So please be patient and try again in a few minutes and the issue should be resolved easily.
