Players are running into the notorious 3002022 error when trying to launch the game and are unable to figure out why Diablo 4 won’t let players in. If you are unable to play the game because of the issue, here is a quick guide on how to fix Diablo 4 error code 300202.

How to fix Diablo 4 error code 300202

Before trying any fixes, visit the BlizzardCS Twitter account to check if the servers are down. Many players are running into Diablo 4’s error code 300202 due to overloaded servers and waiting for a few minutes solves the issue.

Some players are facing error code 300202 due to outdated network drivers. Here’s how you can update your graphics card drivers. 

Nvidia GPUs

  1. Right-click on the Windows desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel. Navigate to the Help menu and select Updates.

  2. Enable NVIDIA Update > Click on the Automatically check for updates checkbox.

  3. Change how often your PC will check for updates. Select your desired time period in the drop-down menu.

  4. Enable or disable system tray balloon notifications. To enable, check the Notify me when graphics driver updates are available checkbox.

  5. Enable or disable beta driver notifications. To enable, check the Include beta updates checkbox.

  6. Enable or disable automatic game and program profiles, including SLI. To enable, check the Game and Program Profiles checkbox

AMD GPUs

  1. Visit the AMD Driver and Support page and see section Auto-Detect and Install Updates for Radeon™ Graphics and Ryzen™ Chipset Drivers for Windows®.

  2. Click the DOWNLOAD NOW button to begin downloading the AMD Driver Auto-detect tool.

  3. Once the download is complete, run the file from the save location.

  4. When prompted, click Install to begin the setup process.

  5. Click Next until the update completes for your graphics driver. 

  6. Step 3: Restart Your Computer and try again.
