Diablo 4’s 30008 error code occurs due to connectivity issues but it is easily fixable. Some players run into the error code when trying to log in with their character. Once you click on the Start Game button, the game prevents you from loading into your world. If you are troubled by this issue, here is how you can resolve Diablo 4’s error code 30008.
How to fix Diablo 4 error code 30008
Before trying other fixes visit the BlizzardCS Twitter account to check if there are any ongoing server issues. It is possible that the Diablo 4 servers could be overloaded due to which you are unable to get in. Keep trying to enter the game a few times and if you are still unable to load into your world, you need to flush your DNS.
For a lot of players, it is temporary network files (DNS cache) that are causing issues. You can delete the temporary files and it should resolve the issue.
Press the Windows Key
Type “Command Prompt” and hover on the first app result
Click on Run As Administrator
If asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
You should now get a new window with a black screen.
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
Restart your computer.
You should not face the 30008 error code after flushing your DNS. It is possible that you are facing DNS issues because of your internet service provider (ISP), and you can consider seeking assistance from your internet provider. Alternatively, you can temporarily use a virtual private network (VPN) until your ISP’s issues are resolved.
